Ingredients
1/3 cup of raspberries, sliced
1/2 banana
1 cup of coconut water
1/3 cup of blueberries
1/3 cup of low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup of red beets (Chukandar), chopped and cooked
1 teaspoon of flax oil (Alsi ka tel)
1 tablespoon of nut butter
Procedure
