Ingredients
¼ cup of mushroom finely chopped
¼ cup of green peas, boiled and mashed
1 cup of whole wheat flour (Geehon ka atta)
2 tablespoon of crumbled paneer
½ teaspoon of ginger, grated
2 tablespoon of fresh curd (Dahi)
1 teaspoon of green chilli paste
Salt to taste
Procedure
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Knead into a soft dough using water.
Take a small portion and make a small ball.
Roll it evenly with a rolling pan.
Heat a non-stick pan.
Cook the rolled paratha on it with little oil till it gets golden brown on both sides.
