Ingredients
¼ teaspoon of turmeric (Haldi)
1/3 cup of green peas
½ teaspoon of mustard seeds (Sarason)
1 ½ tablespoon of raw peanuts (Kachchee moongaphale)
1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of coriander (Dhaniya), chopped
½ lemon
1 ½ cup of flattened rice (Poha)
2 teaspoon of oil
1 ½ tablespoon raw (Kachchee moongaphale)
1 green chilli, chopped
10-12 curry leaves
¼ teaspoon of sugar (optional)

Procedure
Rinse the flattened rice (poha) under running water till it become soft.
Add turmeric (haldi) and ½ teaspoon of salt to it.
Toss to combine.
Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame.
Add mustard seeds (sarson) and let them pop.
Then add peanuts (moongaphali) and sauté till they start turning brown.
Add onion, green chilli, and curry leaves (kadi patta).
Cook for 2 minutes till the onions soften.
Add the green peas and mix.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the rinsed poha and toss to combine.
Cover the pan and turn heat to low.
Cook for a minute or two.
Turn off the heat and squeeze some fresh lemon on it.
Garnish with coriander (dhaniya) and sev.
