Grilled chicken salad is a tasty and nutritious dish that blends succulent grilled chicken with fresh vegetables, greens, and savory dressings. It's a filling and nutritious meal that's high in protein, vitamins, and minerals.

Ingredients
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Salt and Pepper
1 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil
6 cup mixed Vegetables (lettuce, spinach, rocket, etc.)
1 ½ cup of cherry tomatoes
1 Sliced avocado
1/4 Thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
Procedure
Preheat the grill to medium-high temperature.
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Drizzle and rub the olive oil over the chicken breasts.
Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side, or until done and no longer pink in the centre.
Remove the chicken from the grill and set aside for 5 minutes to rest.
While the chicken is resting, put the mixed greens on a large serving plate or bowl and create the salad.
On top of the greens, arrange the cherry tomatoes, avocado, and red onion.
Place the sliced chicken breasts on top of the salad.
Sprinkle the feta cheese over the salad and serve.
Drizzle the salad with the balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Toss the salad to include all of the ingredients.
