Mint chutney is a spicy and aromatic condiment that complements a variety of foods. Its brilliant green color and acidic flavor make it a delicious addition to Indian cuisine and beyond. Also are high in vitamins A and C, as well as antioxidants.

Ingredients
2 cup cleaned and cut fresh mint leaves.
1/2 cup cleaned and sliced fresh cilantro leaves
1 chopped small onion
2-3 chopped green chilies (or to taste)
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/4 cup of water
Salt to taste
Procedure
Combine the mint leaves, cilantro leaves, onion, green chilies, lemon juice, sugar and salt in a blender or food processor.
Make a smooth paste with the ingredients.
To make the chutney to the appropriate consistency, add water in the blender.
Blend until the water has been completely absorbed and the chutney is smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate the chutney in a serving bowl or an airtight container until ready to use.
