Ingredients
1 cup of cucumber, finely chopped
1 cup of curd (Dahi)
½ teaspoon of chaat masala
1 teaspoon of roasted cumin (Jeera)
Salt for taste
1 tablespoon of coriander leaves
½ tablespoon of mint leaves (Pudina), chopped
Procedure
Take curd (dahi) in a bowl.
Beat till it gets smooth
Add the cucumber to the curd.
Stir.
Add chaat masala, salt, cumin (jeera), and coriander leaves (dhaniya)
Mix well.
Garnish with some coriander (dhaniya) or mint leaves (pudina).
