Ingredients
2 cup lady-finger (Bhindi), chopped
1 cup of low-fat curd (Dahi)
2 teaspoon of coriander powder (Dhaniya powder)
1 teaspoon of mustard seeds (Sarson/Rai)
1 teaspoon of fennel seeds (Sauf)
1 tablespoon of coriander (Dhaniya), chopped
1 teaspoon of Bengal gram flour (Besan)
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds (Jeera)
5-7 curry leaves (Kadi patta)
1 teaspoon of oil
Salt to taste
Procedure
Steam the ladyfinger's (Bhindi) till it become soft for 5-7 minutes and keep aside.
Combine the curd (dahi), coriander powder (dhaniya powder), gram flour (besan), salt, and 2 tablespoon of water.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds (jeera), mustard seeds (Sarson/Rai), fennel seeds (sauf), and curry leaves (kadi patta).
When it start crackling, add in the prepared mixture and steamed bhindi.
Bring it to boil and then simmer for 3-4 minutes.
