Ingredients
1 ½ cup of Carrot-potato veg
1 ½ cup of potatoes, chopped
½ inch of ginger, chopped
2-3 tablespoon of coriander (Dhaniya), chopped
1 ½ tablespoon of oil
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1-2 green chillies, chopped
⅓ cup of water
½ teaspoon of garam masala
Salt as required
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and cook till it splutters.
Add ginger and green chillies to it, mix well.
Add salt, garam masala and stir.
Then add in carrots and potatoes.
Mix well.
Lower the flame, cover the lid and let it cook till the carrots and potatoes get soft.
Add coriander (dhaniya) and mix well.
