Ingredients
1 cup of broccoli florets
1 teaspoon of olive oil
½ cup of onions, thinly sliced
½ teaspoon of garlic, finely chopped
½ cup of carrots thinly sliced
2 tablespoon of celery (Ajmoda) finely chopped
Salt to taste
Procedure
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan.
Add onions, garlic, and celery (Ajmod) to it.
Sauté on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add broccoli, salt, and 2 ½ cup of hot water.
Mix well.
Cook on a medium flame for2-3 minutes with occasional stirring.
Add pepper (kali mirch powder) to it.
Mix well and serve hot.
