A delicious and flexible dish cooked by sautéing sliced or diced radishes with various herbs and vegetables is radish stir-fry. It's a quick and easy meal. Radishes have few calories and are high in vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants.

Ingredients
3 of big radish, chopped
3-4 of potatoes, chopped (OPTIONAL)
of Radish leaves, chopped
½ teaspoon of turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tablespoon of coriander (dhaniya) powder
1 tablespoon of mustard oil (Sarson/Rai ka tel)
4 of green chillies, finely chopped
Salt as required
1 teaspoon of carom seeds (Ajwain)
1/3 teaspoon of cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 teaspoon of mango powder (Amchoor) (OPTIONAL)
1/3 teaspoon of asafoetida (Hing) (OPTIONAL)
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan.
Add carom seeds (ajwain) and cumin seeds (jeera).
When it start crackling, add asafoetida (hing) and green chillies.
Stir for a minute.
Add turmeric (haldi), salt, and cook for few seconds.
Then add radish, radish leaves, and potatoes.
Mix well and cover the lid
Lower the flame and cook, with occasional stirring till radish and potatoes become soft.
Sprinkle coriander powder, aamchoor (if using), and cook on flame for 2-3 minutes.
