Oats dosa is a nutritious and healthy version on the original South Indian, which is a fermented crepe like pancake prepared from rice and lentil batter. Oats dosa is a healthy because they are high in nutritional fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

Ingredients
1 cup of quick cooking rolled oats (Jaee)
5 tablespoon of ghee
Salt to taste
5 tablespoon of split black lentils (urad dal)
Procedure
Blend oats and split black lentils (urad dal) in a mixture together.
Add 1½ cup water and blend till smooth.
Transfer the mixture in a bowl, cover the lid, and keep aside to ferment for 10-12 hours.
Then add salt and mix the batter well.
Heat a non-stick tawa, sprinkle some water on it, and wipe with a cloth.
Pour the batter on it and spread in a circular motion.
Smear a tablespoon of ghee over it and along the edges.
Cook on a high flame till it gets brown and crispy.
