1 cup of fresh curd (Dahi)
½ cup of carrots, grated
½ cup of beetroot, grated
1 tablespoon of coriander (Dhaniya), chopped
½ teaspoon of green chillies, chopped
½ teaspoon of cumin seeds (Jeera) powder
Salt as required

Whisk the curd.
