Ingredients
2 cup of apple, cubed
½ cup of banana, sliced
¼ cup of chopped dates
¼ cup of pineapple juice
½ teaspoon of lemon rind
½ teaspoon of lemon juice
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon of powdered sugar
¼ teaspoon of mustard powder
Procedure
Combine apple, banana, and dates in a bowl.
Add pineapple juice.
Sprinkle mustard powder, sugar, lemon rind, and salt to it.
Add lemon juice to it.
Mix well.
