Paneer bhurji is a popular Indian dish made with crumbled paneer, onions, tomatoes, and a fragrant spice blend. The major ingredient in paneer bhurji, paneer which is high in protein, calcium, and vital amino acids.

Ingredients
2 tbsp ghee or olive oil
1 Chopped onion
1 chopped green chili (optional)
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tablespoon Garlic paste
1 Chopped tomato
1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
Salt
200 g crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Procedure
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the ghee or oil.
Sauté the onion and green chili (if using) in the skillet until the onion is transparent.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the ginger-garlic paste is aromatic, in the skillet.
Cook until the chopped tomato is softened in the skillet.
Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt until well combined.
Mix the crushed paneer with the spice mixture in the skillet.
Cook, stirring regularly, for 5-7 minutes, or until the paneer is gently browned and heated through.
Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve hot with naan bread, roti, or rice.
