Ingredients
200 g of paneer (cut into cubes)
1 Sliced onion
2 Minced garlic cloves
2 cup cut mixed veggies (such as carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, and snow peas)
Salt and Pepper
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of Honey
1 teaspoon Cornflour
Cooked rice
Procedure
In a big wok or frying pan, heat the olive oil over high heat.
Grill the paneer cubes in the pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Set aside the paneer after removing it from the pan.
Stir-fry the onion and garlic for 1-2 minutes, or until the onion is transparent.
Stir-fry the mixed vegetables in the pan for 3-4 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
Whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and cornflour in a small bowl until well blended.
Return the paneer to the pan, and then drizzle the soy sauce mixture over the vegetables and paneer.
Cook for 1 minute more, or until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables and paneer.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately with cooked rice on the side.
